Kellie Green is one of our resident Group Fitness instructors and she recently achieved one of her ultimate goals. Below is her blog about her success. “My recent trek to Mt Everest Base Camp had been on my bucket list for a number for years, a goal to achieve. Life is too short, so I jumped on a plane, (well 4) and I trekked over 140 kilometers, ascended over 2,500 meters, braved cold temperatures, crossed rivers, suspension bridges and a glacier, dodged yaks and speedy porters, climbed
I've never felt or looked better. I thoroughly enjoy each and every session.
I feel much better and stronger and the best news is I have lost heaps of weight. Fitness Works is my favourite place to be. It is my second home!
